Behind WP-Translate there is no call center: the person who writes the code answers. Tell us what you need and we'll frankly tell you if the plugin fits you.

The more specific you are —what website, what languages, what builder you use— the more useful the answer will be.
Response time
We answer messages from Monday to Friday, usually the same day. Customers with an active license have priority in the queue.
Licenses and billing
Site changes, invoices, and returns within the 30-day guarantee. Indicate the email you used for purchase.
Bugs and compatibilities
If something doesn't work with your theme or another plugin, tell us which one: we test the case and fix it in the next version.
