In-context translation

You translate on your website, not on a list of phrases

You open your own page in the language you want and click on the text you are going to translate. You see the real design as you type, so a button never breaks because the translation takes up twice the space.

✓

Click on any text: headlines, buttons, menus, captions.

✓

The sidebar suggests the AI translation and you adjust it.

✓

Saves instantly, without reloading the page or entering the dashboard.

Bulk translation

Translate the entire site while doing something else

You launch the automatic batch translation and the plugin goes through all the site's strings language by language. It goes in batches to avoid saturating the API or your server, and if something is interrupted, it resumes where it left off.

✓

Batch queue with resumption: it doesn't repeat what has already been translated.

✓

You choose which languages and which parts of the site are included in the batch.

✓

You can continue working on the desktop while it runs.

Positioning

Each language with its URL, its hreflang and its sitemap

Google needs a different address per language to index each version. WP-Translate creates the language prefix, writes the hreflang and canonical tags in the head, and generates a sitemap per language.

✓

Clean URLs like yourbrand.com/en/services/.

✓

Reciprocal hreflang between all languages and correct canonical.

✓

Sitemap per language, ready for Search Console.

✓

Yoast metadata is also translated.

Real footage: when you switch language with the switcher, the address changes to /en/ and /fr/. Each version has its own URL.
Language change

A selector that fits your design, not the other way around

Three ready styles —dropdown, pills and flags— with configurable colors. You put it in the menu, in a widget, in any theme slot with a shortcode or as an Elementor widget.

✓

Dropdown, pills or flags, with or without language name.

✓

Shortcode, theme widget and native Elementor widget.

✓

Remembers the visitor's language between pages.

Total control

All site strings, filtered and searchable

The desktop panel lists each detected text with its status. You filter by untranslated, by origin —Elementor, WooCommerce, the theme— or you search for a specific phrase and correct it in two clicks.

✓

Filters by status and by string origin.

✓

Search by original text or by translation.

✓

Online editing and marking of strings for review.

Four providers

You choose the translation engine and only pay for your consumption

Gemini, DeepL, Google Translate and Yandex integrated. You enter your key, choose the engine from a dropdown, and can change whenever you want. The API bill is yours and direct with the provider: we don't add intermediaries or margins.

✓

Gemini, DeepL, Google Translate and Yandex, with your own key.

✓

Engine change without losing what has already been translated.

✓

Glossary of terms that are never translated (your brand, for example).

Savings

What has already been translated once is not paid for again

Each translated string is saved in your database. If the same phrase appears on twenty product pages, the API is called once. It's the difference between a bill of cents and one of tens of euros.

✓

Own translation memory, on your server.

✓

Repeated strings are resolved without calling the API.

✓

You export and import translations to reuse them elsewhere.

Speed

The translated page is served as normal HTML

Translations live in your database and are replaced when the page is generated. The visitor does not wait for any API or load additional JavaScript for being in another language.

✓

Zero API calls on visits.

✓

No extra JavaScript on the front for translation.

✓

Compatible with common cache plugins.
